The next regular Board of Directors meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Clubhouse. All residents are welcome to attend. The agenda will be posted 48 hours in advance.
The community pool will be closed for scheduled maintenance on Monday, August 5, 2026 from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience. The spa will remain open during this time.
Join your neighbors for our annual Summer Social Cookout at the Clubhouse pool deck on Saturday, July 27 at 5:00 PM. Food, drinks, and live music provided. RSVP to the management office by July 20.
The Board of Directors has approved the operating budget for fiscal year 2027. The approved budget is available in the Documents section of the resident portal. HOA dues will remain unchanged for the upcoming year.
Phase 1 of the community landscape enhancement project has been completed. New plantings along Tidewater Key Blvd and the main entrance are now in place. Phase 2, covering the lake perimeter, is scheduled to begin in September.
The Annual Meeting of Homeowners was held on June 20, 2026. Meeting minutes and election results are now available in the Documents section. Thank you to all residents who participated.
